This Excel workbook has a Fundraiser tab and a Fundraiser-Long tab.

Use the Fundraiser spreadsheet for shorter goals. It has 28 rows

Use the Fundraiser-Long spreadsheet for longer goals. It has 78 rows.

Enter your fundraising goal and the amounts you have raised.

Amount raised, percent raised, and amount needed automatically update!

Watch the meter change as you get closer to your goal.

Easy to Use: Type your goal and fundraising amount data. Press enter. Type your goal and fundraising amount data. Press enter.

Editable Spreadsheet: Edit the spreadsheet to suit your needs. In the box at the top of the spreadsheet, type the name of your fundraiser. Change the font size and color of your fundraiser's name to make it stand out.Type the date your fundraiser ends. You may also wish to change the table headers (i.e., date, donor name, amount, notes). You can edit column widths and row heights.

Automatic Calculations: Enter your goal, dates, donor names, amounts raised, and notes. The spreadsheet automatically calculates amount raised, percent raised, amount needed to reach your goal, and the amount raised that is above your goal. Do not change the formulas in this workbook, otherwise the automatic calculations will not work correctly.

Visuals: The colorful meter shows the progress you have made towards your goal. When you exceed your goal, the top of the meter turns gold. The meter, amount needed, and amount above goal automatically update as you enter data into the spreadsheet.
