Take a deep breath. Clear your mind.
Focus on your mind, your thoughts, and your peace.
Meditate.
Most people think meditation is the act of sitting on a mat, legs crossed, eyes closed, mind clear.
In truth, meditation takes many forms.
There is moving meditation, focused meditation, and mindfulness meditation. There are forms of meditation to help you relax, concentrate, and become more aware of your body and breath.
Whether you are moving or sitting still, the goal of meditation is to focus on the present moment and, in turn, transform your mind.
May today’s quotes encourage you to be more mindful, more aware, and more at peace with yourself.
