Domestic Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Overnight delivery and express delivery are only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

SHIPMENT ADDRESSES

Orderyourlife.com ships to addresses within the United States, United States Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email or text once your order has shipped. The shipment confirmation will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES

Orderyourlife.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGES

Orderyourlife.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the United States.
